The Village Square
Before & After School Care

The Village Square’s Before and After School programmes provide a safe, stimulating and fun place for children to play with friends, do homework or simply relax and have fun.

After School: 3-6pm

A variety of planned activities, homework time and free play are included each day. Children benefit from the opportunity to meet and socialise with other children while also being given the space to concentrate on homework activities. Afternoon tea is also provided.

Before School: 7-8.30am

This casually structured programme provides a relaxed environment where children can enjoy various activities as they prepare for their day at school. Find out more about our programmes.

Our programmes are MSD approved and OSCAR accredited. Find out about OSCAR WINZ Subsidies.

Parents must enrol their children through Enrolmy before attending our programmes.

Mt Roskill Primary School

We’re excited to welcome Mt Roskill Primary School to The Village Square whānau!

This brand new programme starts in Term 3, 2024 and is run from the school hall. We encourage outdoor play as much as possible and will make good use of the sheltered quad and outdoor playground.

Balmoral School

Our programme at Balmoral School is run from the auditorium. We will also make good use of their ample outdoor space including the courts, field and playgrounds.

Epsom Normal Primary School

Our programme at Epsom Normal is run from the spacious school hall. We love to make use of their great outdoor facilities including the playground, basketball courts and soccer field.
