Join us for a gentle movement workshop that blends folk, contemporary, and flow dance to bring energy, and connection to your body and spirit. Guided by Abigail , you’ll explore a sequence of standing movement meditations inspired by traditional and modern dance styles, with moments of reflection drawn from ancient texts like the Psalms.
This session is designed to help you release tension, move with freedom, and find balance in both body and mind.
