I paint as a hobby to unwind after work. I’m especially drawn to painting animals, particularly the pets of friends and colleagues. My inspiration comes from everyday joys, including pets, landscapes, music and food, and I tend to choose happy, feel-good subjects that bring a little colour and joy to life.
Inspired by Taylor Swift's song "The Albatross." Most people see this painting as an angel. Great thing about art is, it can mean different things to different people.

My husband and I once visited a zoo in Canada specifically for their pandas, only to learn they had to return to China because they didn’t like Canadian bamboo! With COVID disrupting bamboo supplies from China, we discovered just how picky pandas are.
