In this 6-week course you will learn and experience the calming benefits of mandala art, including stress relief, mindfulness, and restoring balance. Learn to design their own mandalas and complete a beautiful canvas piece.

The benefits of creating mandalas include: Stress Reduction: repetitive patterns help calm the mind; Mindfulness: the process encourages present-moment awareness; Self-expression: an opportunity for personal creativity; Sense of balance: helps restore mental and emotional balance. Engagement of both brain hemispheres helps with mental clarity; Mandalas have been used for centuries in art therapy, meditation, and self-regulation practices, offering an enriching way to tap into inner peace.

Our Tutor: Alina Sharabarina

Alina is a wellbeing practitioner, soon to complete her counseling degree, specializing in combining creative practices with emotional wellbeing techniques. Using art therapy and practical strategies, she helps individuals manage stress, balance mental and physical health, and live more fulfilling lives. Her focus is on providing tools that can be easily integrated into daily life for lasting well-being.
