In this 6-week course you will learn and experience the calming benefits of mandala art, including stress relief, mindfulness, and restoring balance. Learn to design their own mandalas and complete a beautiful canvas piece.

Alina is a wellbeing practitioner, soon to complete her counseling degree, specializing in combining creative practices with emotional wellbeing techniques. Using art therapy and practical strategies, she helps individuals manage stress, balance mental and physical health, and live more fulfilling lives. Her focus is on providing tools that can be easily integrated into daily life for lasting well-being.
