Join us for a class focused on standing movement meditations for inner peace and centering.
This session blends CaraMayan movements (inspired by dance, Pilates, and folk traditions) with breathing "selahs" (rest pauses). You’ll learn a unique sequence of movements and breathwork, to a prayer meditation from ancient texts like the Gaelic Blessing or Psalms. The class also includes gentle floor somatic stretches to release tension and foster body awareness.
A friendly, calming class designed to rejuvenate and focus body, mind, and spirit. All are welcome!

Abigail brings years of experience in meditation and movement to her classes. She runs workshops and classes demonstrating the joy and healing of the 'divine dance'.
