This 8-week course is designed to help you move beyond studying the language and begin using it confidently in real conversations.

Upper Intermediate Russian: continue your journey with practical examples and plenty of speaking practice.

Classes are interactive, supportive, and relaxed, giving you many opportunities to speak, ask questions, and build your confidence.

Prerequisite: Some prior knowledge or completion of our beginners, post-beginners and intermediate Russian courses.

Our Tutor: Alina Sharabariana

My name is Alina Sharabarina. I moved to New Zealand in 2020 from the beautiful city of Vladivostok, right in the midst of the online learning boom. I hold a master’s degree in teaching and have spent the past 7 years sharing the richness, humor, and unique charm of the Russian language with students from all over the world. My classes are fun, interactive, and focused on practical language skills. I truly enjoy connecting with new students and often find that I learn just as much from them.
