RNZ Highlights Epsom Community Centre's Moon Festival

We're proud to be featured in a recent RNZ article about Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations across New Zealand. The story showcases how communities are coming together to celebrate cultural traditions and includes our upcoming Epsom Moon Festival at Epsom Community Centre.

Our Epsom Moon Festival brings together Chinese and Korean cultural traditions through activities including mooncake making, lantern crafts, songpyeon rice cake making, hanbok experiences, and family-friendly cultural activities.

As our Centre Manager, Sanjay Pereira, shared with RNZ, these celebrations provide an opportunity for Asian families to reconnect with their cultures while giving the wider community a chance to experience and appreciate Auckland's diversity.

We're grateful to RNZ for featuring our event and helping share the stories of New Zealand's multicultural communities.
