Three years ago, I embarked on an exciting art journey with an introductory course that unveiled a diverse range of mediums. Despite my existing creative outlets, I found myself captivated by the art world.
This year I delved into collage classes allowing me to express my artistic vision in new and innovative ways.
My pieces have been inspired by fashion and texture introducing other materials to enhance the tactile experience.
All papers used are carefully dyed, hand-painted, and textured by me, ensuring something unique. I also incorporate my own photography from my travels, printed with Giclee on high-quality paper.
'Chosen' embodies elegance and attention to detail, from the fabric and leather outfit to the quality print. A beautiful composition designed to capture the essence of a special occasion, with an adorable handbag and a weeping tree.
Adding further depth are textured, hand-painted papers, providing a tactile and layered effect.
Subtle sewing details are incorporated to offer another layer of texture.
The backdrop is a photograph captured by me in an idyllic garden setting printed with Giclée on high quality art paper.
