Justice of the Peace visit checklist:

  • Do not sign anything beforehand

  • Take photo identification

  • Remember to take the original as well as the copy to be certified

  • Check that a NZ Justice of the Peace can complete your documentation

The ministerial roles they can perform at Parnell Community Centre include:

  • Witnessing signatures on documents

  • Certifying copies of documents and

  • Completing declarations (including statutory declarations), affidavits or affirmations
