Parnell Community Centre is located at 545 Parnell Road, Parnell. It sits within a complex of buildings known as the Foundation Precinct, which is bounded by Parnell Road, George Street and Titoki Streets.

Parnell Community Centre has assigned car parks within the Foundation Precinct area. These are clearly marked "Jubilee Building". One of these car parks, outside the Jubilee Hall, at the rear of the Jubilee Building, is an accessible (disabled) car space. Parking is only for visitors to the Community Centre, including those attending functions in the Jubilee Building.
Other car parks in the Foundation Precinct area are for private use or assigned for customers of businesses in the Precinct, as noted. Cars not legitimately in any of these space may be towed away.

Auckland Museum
Secure undercover paid parking is available at the Museum from 6.30am to 6.30pm, except when an evening event is taking place for which the carpark has been opened longer. Enter the Museum car park from Maunsell Road. Find more information and rates here.

George Street, Titoki Street and Maunsell Road all offer Pay & Display parking (see yellow lines on parking map above).

public transport
Buses
The three Link buses travel along Parnell Road between Auckland's CBD and fringe suburbs on a regular timetable. Get off at The Jubilee Building / Parnell Community Centre stop.
Trains
Parnell Community Centre is abut a 15 minute walk from both Newmarket (Western/Southern lines) and Grafton (Western line) Stations, although the walk from Newmarket is the easier, more level route to take. Access from the new Parnell Station, located below Cheshire Street in Parnell, involves a steep climb either through The Domain (bush tracks only) or via Parnell Road to get to Parnell Community Centre.

There are mobility ramps at the front of the building and at the rear, from the the north-western side of Jubilee Hall.
For wheelchairs, access from the front entrance of the building, which has wider doors, is recommended.
The building has one disabled toilet on the ground floor, at the end of the front hall and to the right - close to the interior access to the Jubilee Hall.
The building has an elevator, located on the ground floor opposite the staircase.
