Get fit and agile as an animal at Parnell Community Centre's 'Animal Flow' Foundation class!
This exclusive Animal Flow Foundation Series is an introductory 4-week course designed to teach the foundations of Animal Flow, a ground-based movement practice that combines elements of bodyweight training, mobility, and coordination.
Students will learn fundamental movements and transitions that help build strength, improve mobility, and develop greater body awareness.
The class is suitable for beginners and provides a supportive environment to explore movement in a fun and engaging way.
Prerequisite: Participants should be able to support their own bodyweight while moving on the ground.
Tuesdays, 7.10-8.10pm
